1. Reservation, Fees & Add-Ons
Client agrees to pay the stated base price for Party Room use, plus any additional add-ons or services selected at booking. All fees must be paid in full prior to or at the time of the event unless otherwise arranged in writing.
2. Duration of Use & Grace Period
Party Room reservations are booked in hourly blocks. Client will receive a 10-minute grace period after the scheduled end time to gather belongings and exit the room. Remaining in the room beyond this grace period may result in additional charges at Escape FLA’s discretion.
3. Capacity Limits
Client agrees to adhere to the maximum occupancy limit stated at booking. Escape FLA reserves the right to deny entry or charge additional fees if the number of guests exceeds this limit.
4. Cleanup Responsibilities
Escape FLA will clean and reset the Party Room after the event.
Client agrees to consolidate all outside food, packaging, and related items into a single pile for removal. Escape FLA staff will dispose of the items in the facility’s dumpster. Excessive messes may result in additional cleaning charges.
5. Supervision of Children
For events involving minors:
- Children may not play or roam in hallways, bathrooms, lobby areas, or any other part of the facility without a parent or guardian present.
- Game Masters and Escape FLA staff are not responsible for supervising children inside or outside the Party Room. Their role is exclusively to run and monitor escape room experiences.
- Client is fully responsible for ensuring safe and appropriate behavior of all children in attendance.
6. Damages
Client is responsible for any damage, breakage, or misuse of Escape FLA property occurring during the event that exceeds normal wear and tear. Escape FLA may assess and charge the cost of repair or replacement to the Client’s payment method on file or issue an invoice due upon receipt.
7. Liability & Conduct
Client agrees to ensure that all guests behave in a safe and respectful manner while on the premises. Escape FLA is not liable for personal injuries resulting from misuse of the facility or failure to follow posted rules or staff instructions.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By signing below, Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Agreement.
